I was surprised to see a business with 4.9/5 stars on Google reviews as that is so uncommon these days. I reached out because I see their trucks everywhere and quickly learned why the reviews are so great. After first reaching out communication was prompt, clear, and easy. I recieved a call, we went over what was needed to be removed and every step was quick and painless. I had to make a few changes and Brian was flexible, understanding, and super helpful every step of the way. It is rare to find a business that is this responsive and truly cares about their customers as much as Junken Monkeys does. I am blown away by their service and will recommend them whenever I can.

TJ installed a ceiling fan, took out 8x10 area rug and some additional " attic junk" today. He was very respectful of the house on a stormy, messy day and worked quickly and efficiently and made sure I understood the remote😊!! Love the fan and exposed old floor! These guys are great! They do everything. You just tell them what goes and they do it all. I felt kind of guilty just sitting there watching. The price is reasonable and definitely worth it. They cleaned out my basement, garage and shed in 1.5 hrs. I highly recommend them.

This company is amazing! I needed a HUGE amount of dirt and rocks hauled away. They gave me a decent price for a quote and a good time frame for it to be done. Then later on, when I was trying to get some things figured out, they offered to come over later the next day and haul it all away. We ended up being able to get it taken care of ourselves anyways, but the customer service and commitment to getting the job done is fantastic!
I called them yesterday afternoon and Gavin was here within 20 minutes! They took away all my trash and cardboard!! They were great 👍 👌 I definitely recommend them!!

This is the 2nd time we've had Junken Monkeys to our home for cleanup/cleanout. Amazing! Professional, efficient, on-time, and thorough. Some people may say they're a bit pricey and maybe so but trust me, Junken Monkeys is worth every penny! Can you get a dumpster for less money? Probably. But then you have to do the back breaking work yourself, and watch half the neighborhood throw THEIR stuff in YOUR dumpster! No way. Let Junken Monkeys take care of it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Highly recommend and will use them again in the future! I called for removal service and they were very polite. They asked for a picture to verify the amount to be removed and were open and honest about the cost estimate (which was exactly what i was charged). Came early the next day and removed it all without me even needing to be there and I was able to pay online with a super easy to use payment system.
My company had a particularly nasty 3rd floor apartment clean-out. A quick search of the Binghamton NY reddit lead me here. I called them up and they were on it like a bunch of bananas! Service was completed within a couple of days. They were very professional and thorough. I will be calling them for future clean outs
3 people showed up and made everything fit inside the dumpster. They broke down all the large stuff and stacked it carefully. Mice people and hard working. Didn't goof off and got the job done. I will ise and recommend them again
I reached out to Brian about getting a dumpster for our Little League field clean up day. He was quick to respond and his guys had a container dropped off when we asked, placed it where we needed it, and picked it back up when we asked. He even offered that if we filled the first container to reach out and he would rush another one right out to us. On a Saturday, I was overwhelmed with the process of moving. We had accumulated WAY too much stuff in our basement and attic. I called Junken Monkeys for an estimate, Brian answered the phone. He said someone would be by in 30 minutes or so to give us an estimate. They came, gave an estimate, went back to the yard to get a new truck and 2 hours later everything I wanted out was gone!! Absolutely AMAZING! Quinn was so fast, up and down the stairs getting everything out. He even took his time to walk through with me one last time to make sure they got everything. I just can't say enough good things about how efficient this job was!!
Point and demo. It was very easy working with the Demo Monkeys. We worked with the Junken Monkeys in the past and they did a great job. The Demo Monkeys did not disappoint! 4 days to demo the entire house and haul everything away, without any problems whatsoever. They did exactly what they said they would do for a very fair price. After my brother passed away, I had a house full of ahem let’s call it a robust collection of things that needed to be cleared out so I could begin sorting through the rest. Since I haven’t lived in Scranton for over 20 years, I turned to a realtor friend for recommendations, and without hesitation, they said, “Call Junken Monkeys.” Best. Advice. Ever. I reached out, got upfront pricing, and had a truck at the house the very next day. The team called me in the morning to confirm, showed up on time, and got to work like a well-oiled machine. They were quick, professional, and, pleasant while hauling away decades’ worth of "treasures" that had definitely overstayed their welcome. But here’s where they really went above and beyond: I needed not one, not two, but THREE trips in the same week. Every single time I called, they answered the phone (rare these days) and bent over backwards to get a truck out ASAP. By the third trip, I was calling at 11 AM hoping for a miracle, and Gavin and his crew showed up two hours later. TWO. HOURS. LATER. That’s superhero-level response time. Shoutout to Brian, Daryl, Jacob, and Gavin, plus the entire crew who did all the heavy lifting (literally). You guys made a tough job easy, and I’ll absolutely be calling you again when I'm ready to tackle round two.

I have been trying to deconstruct my families homestead of 14 rooms including attic and basement plus garage. I hit my breaking point and decided to call Junken Monkeys. The next day they gave me an estimate in the morning and had everything removed after 4 hours that afternoon. This team of TJ, Gavin, Jason, Mike, Jeff, Gabe and Jimmy were phenomenal. To say I’m impressed is an i understatement . Also, Brian was amazing to deal with. They are all very respectful and professional workers. The price was great too!
