Junken Monkey is a terrific service. Darren, Gabe & I think it was Ed worked for 3 hours non-stop and finish clearing out 6 rooms in the house. Unbelievable!! My highest recommendation to these guys and Junken Monkey!

On a Saturday, I was overwhelmed with the process of moving. We had accumulated WAY too much stuff in our basement and attic. I called Junken Monkeys for an estimate, Brian answered the phone. He said someone would be by in 30 minutes or so to give us an estimate. They came, gave an estimate, went back to the yard to get a new truck and 2 hours later everything I wanted out was gone!! Absolutely AMAZING! Quinn was so fast, up and down the stairs getting everything out. He even took his time to walk through with me one last time to make sure they got everything. I just can't say enough good things about how efficient this job was!!
Point and demo. It was very easy working with the Demo Monkeys. We worked with the Junken Monkeys in the past and they did a great job. The Demo Monkeys did not disappoint! 4 days to demo the entire house and haul everything away, without any problems whatsoever. They did exactly what they said they would do for a very fair price. If you have a need, use them.
Let’s be real—no one wakes up excited to deal with a house full of stuff that needs to go. But if you have to do it, you’re gonna want the Junken Monkeys crew on your team. After my brother passed away, I had a house full of ahem let’s call it a robust collection of things that needed to be cleared out so I could begin sorting through the rest. Since I haven’t lived in Scranton for over 20 years, I turned to a realtor friend for recommendations, and without hesitation, they said, “Call Junken Monkeys.” Best. Advice. Ever. I reached out, got upfront pricing, and had a truck at the house the very next day. The team called me in the morning to confirm, showed up on time, and got to work like a well-oiled machine. They were quick, professional, and, pleasant while hauling away decades’ worth of "treasures" that had definitely overstayed their welcome. But here’s where they really went above and beyond: I needed not one, not two, but THREE trips in the same week. Every single time I called, they answered the phone (rare these days) and bent over backwards to get a truck out ASAP. By the third trip, I was calling at 11 AM hoping for a miracle, and Gavin and his crew showed up two hours later. TWO. HOURS. LATER. That’s superhero-level response time. Shoutout to Brian, Daryl, Jacob, and Gavin, plus the entire crew who did all the heavy lifting (literally). You guys made a tough job easy, and I’ll absolutely be calling you again when I'm ready to tackle round two.

I have been trying to deconstruct my families homestead of 14 rooms including attic and basement plus garage. I hit my breaking point and decided to call Junken Monkeys. The next day they gave me an estimate in the morning and had everything removed after 4 hours that afternoon. This team of TJ, Gavin, Jason, Mike, Jeff, Gabe and Jimmy were phenomenal. To say I’m impressed is an i understatement . Also, Brian was amazing to deal with. They are all very respectful and professional workers. The price was great too! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the outcome.

Junken Monkeys Hauling Company is the BEST OF THE BEST! I am currently moving and accumulated a lot more trash than I felt comfortable leaving for the next garbage day. I got in contact with Dustin and he responded back to me immediately. He was kind and professional and made me feel comfortable while we were texting back and forth. He gave a very fair rate and a quick timeline for the company's services. He was able to quickly arrange a time for the trash removal and I appreciated that very much. Okay, so to start, let’s talk punctuality. They said 9 am, they were in touch with me at 9 am on the dot. They wasted absolutely NONE of my time. Now the job itself. I warned them it would be a tough job, lots of stairs and some SERIOUS heavy lifting. Did that phase them? Not at all. Junken GORILLAS is more like it, that was impressive. Dustin and Chris ALSO made sure to be incredibly careful. Narrow stairs and rusted out oven from 1900 generally screams “wall damage,” but wow. Not a single ding or scratch anywhere. 13/10 will recommend over and over again. Way to go guys.

Junken Monkeys is A+++. They were on time, had to deal with our silliness trying to corral our dogs to keep them out of their way, plus try to maneuver through very narrow doorways. They were only here for about 30 minutes total and were dressed neatly, courteous, and efficient. Highly highly recommend! Thanks! 💜💛

Absolutely the best! We hired Junken Monkeys for a very large, time-sensitive commercial project. They were professional, timely, efficient, and all around amazing! They made sure that they took care of literally EVERYTHING we needed, even when it was outside of the scope of what we initially communicated to them. Speaking of communication...their communication was top notch! They responded immediately to any questions or requests and provided frequent updates on their progress. Best of all, they were just amazing people to work with. Don't look any further if you need junk/hazardous waste/e-waste removal because you aren't going to find a better company than Junken Monkeys!!!!
This is the year to finally get rid of stuff accumulating in the basement. Had a decent amount of bulk items, cardboard and random things. Dustin came to quote and I felt the price was very fair and reasonable. Jimmy and two other guys cleared everything up in 20 min. Very friendly and respectful. A literal dream to work with! In addition to being communicative, knowledgeable, and fast, everyone we met on their team was extremely kind and helpful. We initially only asked for demo work on the cubicles in a 500-person office going up for sale. Not only did they excel, but they were also able to help us with e-waste and hazardous waste removal, all within the original timeline! They make sure they understand the ask before moving forward, and it was a huge relief to know we could hire them for a task and it was getting done correctly the first time. 10/10 would hire again.
I call a few weeks ago looking for a container company or junk removal and came across Junkin monkeys hauling ( loved the logo too ) so I saw they were on Facebook messenger I messaged and got a response very quickly I had a request for a pretty far drive from Scranton to help my elderly cousins that live in Millrift Pa They agreed and gave me a great price they called confirmed and showed up on time .
